Our Collection Service was introduced to help our customers during the Covid-19 lockdowns and restrictions. It is now one of our regular services. But there are restrictions to it:

• Confirmed Saturday collections will incur an extra fee

• There are no Sunday collections

• No collections will be confirmed for the cut-off day for air freight or sea freight at this time

• While there are Covid restrictions, the following instructions must be followed:

  • We will contact you by mobile phone when we are within minutes of arriving at the location of collection

  • Social distancing must be practiced with instruction from our staff member

  • Masks must be worn where necessary
